“No problem with perfume & delivery but very disappointed at not getting free gift. I have been a customer of yours for a long time & spent a lot of money over the years. I just wish I could have spoken to someone on telephone. I’m 78 & not happy on the internet I have recommended you to lots of people and been offered the gift again after I received goods so you must have had in stock”
