“I was pleased with the prompt delivery of the twin pack, but as the products had different packaging from my order confirmation email i.e. there was no mention of Super Star, and the caps were yellow not silver, I could not be confident I had received the correct product. I emailed to ask for confirmation that my order was correct, pointing out the difference in packaging. The reply I received confirmed it was correct, but offered no explanation about the packaging discrepancy. I have now used the product several times, and am quite happy with the resulting hairstyle, but would still like an explanation about the different packaging.”
