“I was sent two different versions of the product- the conditioner that was shown above and the old version of the shampoo. I asked to be sent the newer version and the one that was advertised and I paid for but I’ve been told that even though they have different names and different labels they are the same. I told them it’s false advertising and if I had known I wouldn’t have purchased the product but it’s fallen on deaf ears and the customer service representative was really rude. Disgusting service, I won’t be using them again”

“Order took ages, nearly 2 weeks when I contacted the company. Nobody answers the phone and emails were ignored. My products only arrived when I started a PayPal case to get my money back. Not impressed, wouldn't order from here again.”
