“Perfume is lovely, however the pump doesn't work properly, Sent emails to report this, had to wait a ridiculous amount of time even for a response, they ask for a photo!? Had to wait yet again after explaining issue for a second time, issue STILL not sorted, hid was my daughters birthday present!! won't be using Justmylook again due to poor customer service, I'll stick with amazon in future.”
