“Absolutely disgusting customer service from Just My Look regarding the fact that they are sending out 3 x tiny 50g pots as a substitute for this supersize pot. I contacted them to request a returns label to get a refund and Charlotte from CS refused this as I was sent the correct AMOUNT of the product. this is blatant false advertising designed to lure in the customer, and I have referred this matter to Trading Standards. This company also blocks you from leaving any kind of negative comment/feedback on their Facebook page to advise other people of their unethical selling practices. AVOID them.”
