“It's very sharp. I felt like it was scratching my scalp. Not gentle like I thought it would be. I used it in the shower and on dry hair and I just felt it was really rough. My friend did say the handless ones are softer so i might try that one but a bit dissapointed after hearing all the hype. Going to return.”
