“The serum is a good product as ever, i've been using it for years...however with regards to Just my look, the serum came in an envelope that had a hole in it, very lucky it hadn't fallen out as the actual product was taken out of the box and the box had been dismantled and shoved in an envelope, not what you expect from what you thought was a professional company.”
