“The products themselves are great. The packaging is terrible though as the contents had spilled out through the applicators. I emailed to tell them what had happened and also mentioned I’d since read negative reviews about exactly the same thing for the exact product. The reply from them was for photographic evidence! I replied telling them I hadn’t asked for reinbursing or a replacement, I’d just told them what had happened. I then went on to mention how quick they are to judge and suggested other methods for packaging that other companies use. Did I get a response?.....Nope. Customer Service is shocking. Won’t use again.”
