“This is a product I use regularly before blow drying my hair. Unfortunately this bottle wasn’t screwed on completely and had therefore leaked within the packaging. Not to much lost, but very sticky bottle!”

“I’ve used this product for years and love it. Normally purchased from my hairdresser but because of lockdown had to look elsewhere. This company are very efficient and it arrived quickly in these strange times. I would of given a 5 star but the top was broken when I unpacked, not a problem though.”

“This is my first, and last, order with this company. They sent an email saying it had been despatched, yet couldn't provide tracking details. Hermes website said they were still waiting for the parcel, so it clearly hadn't been despatched!”
