“My first time trying this product and I'm quite disappointed. It feels nice on my face but struggles to completely remove my mascara. It stings my eyes which balms don't usually do. It's a popular product so I must be a weirdo! I think it's really expensive for what it is and won't be buying it again.”

“I have used a cleansing balm before and having heard so much about this product, thought I would try it to see if it was as good as it's reputation. I wasn't disappointed! It really is a fantastic product which easily gets rid of my make up and more importantly, mascara. It feels gentle and luxurious whilst doing a great job. Afterwards, my skin felt soft and moisturised. The smell is gorgeous and I feel that I've been to the spa every time I use it. What a treat to look forward to at the end of the day. Highly recommend”
