“I have fibromyalgia and this is the one thing that helps with my pain it really takes the edge off the pain. You can use as often as you like and every person should gave this in there home It helps if you bruise yourself , pain or stiffness it helps in so many different ways , A MUST HAVE IN YOUR HOME”
