“Unfortunately the product arrived without a box or any instructions, so I had to do my own research on how to use it safely. It has only coloured the hair that had already been dyed and not touched my 'roots' which was the main reason for buying the product. Overall a disappointing experience. I did wonder if this was old stock, as all the products featured online were in orb-shaped bottles.”
