“Expected it to have a more powerful effect, high street shampoos I have used in the past better. Also shampoo pump broken on delivery.”

“Recieved my great value twin pack, well packaged and arrived quickly. Never used Osmo products before. Shampoo wasn't as dark as other purple shampoos I've tried, didn't stain my hands or hairline as others have. Wasn't as thick as I thought it would be, was quite jelly like substance so had to be careful applying. I left on for 3 mins, as I rinsed, hair was squeaky clean! Conditioner is very light purple, hair felt soft but little bit tangled but not enough to put me off using it as upon blow drying hair was soft and shiny. I was super impressed by how the products masked the yellow patches I have, not completely but more than enough to notice! I will leave shampoo for 5 mins when I use it again or longer. Very impressed first time using, definitely lightens dull hair, rids yellowing and cleans hair well. Conditioner is okay, does the same as a decent conditioner so I probably wouldn't purchase again, just stick to my normal conditioner but will purchase the shampoo again for sure, very happy!”
