“I ordered this shampoo, along with the conditioner about 1 month ago. Within one use it had turned my previously bleached blonde hair purple/grey (despite being advertised as suitable for colour treated blonde hair). I ended up having to go to the hairdressers and paying £25 to have my hair stripped and re-toned because of it. If the purple/grey look is the one you're going for then great, but if not DO NOT bother with this product. I tried to contact justmylook.co.uk multiple times following this however I only got a response 1 month later after chasing it, and they were thoroughly unhelpful. Just do not bother with this product or this website, I certainly won't be again. 0/10.”
