“I buy it because I have used it for 10 years + however it was not in my delivery and I was asked for a photo of the delivery - ok how did I know it wasn't init if I hadn't opened it - doh! Am I missing something here? Despite emails I got the feeling it was my fault however after some emails and a few days later they informed me that it was out of stock so was never in the package - a bit niffed as surely they must have known this - I was refunded but seems to me the right doesn't know what the left is doing - haven't had a problem in the past but definitely put off using them again but they are the cheapest so hoping it was just a one off”
