“Mine Came with a broken blade , when I sent an email I was told if I have misused it will not be replaced when I clearly said I have just opened the packaging and found it to be damaged No apology and no refund offer when by law they have to offer refund option when I have emailed to this company complaining now they are not replying ... poor customer service”
