“Ordered 16mm and 19mm from Justmylook. 16mm are great but returned 19mm as too big. Was told by justmylook I couldn’t return the bigger pair as I had broken hygiene seal on plastic bag (I thought writing on the bag was the usual safety advice). You couldn’t see the size of the tongs without opening the plastic bag, as they were hidden by the cardboard. I shall buy another pair of 16mm when needed, but never from Justmylook, as they’ve cost me twice as much.”
