“The products are excellent and the service at this shop is excellent. That is why I go back time and time again. I do have one problem though this time and it is the transport. Royal Mail said they had the parcel. Got e-mail said it was being delivered but if the date was inconvenient to change the day which I did. On Saturday morning I noticed I had another e-mail from Royal Mail saying it would be delivered today as agreed between 10.45 and 2.35. This meant I could not go out so I waited and waited and waited. Then I got another e-mail saying your item will now be delivered before 7.30 pm. It also stated that this was an "aimed" at the time and could not be delivered though. However, it was finally delivered around 6.30pm but I had to wait in all day for it. I was not too pleased I can tell you. A wasted day hanging around for a parcel. I never have this trouble with EVRI or Bolton at Home.I trust you will find alternative carrier for future orders for me. Many thanks Chris Birch”
