“This item was delivered damaged the jar had smashed so was really disappointed. After speaking with customer service they then sent me a replacement which came the next day . Was really grateful for there help and a big thankyou to Alice who sorted the problem out . All in all I was pleased with my purchase in the end but would be dubious of ordering again as I would worry if my item would come in one piece”
