“Not a great item for an official product. The device doesn't connect easily, and when its attached it needs to be constantly pushed up for the in built speaker to kick in. The speaker is terrible with horrible distorted scratch noise so I prefer to leave it 3/4 attached to the controller to stop the speaker generating sound. Keypad itself is ok and does the job for online chat and search, although not keen on the placement of the backspace button being so close to the enter button.”

“Bought this because it was branded merchandise but now I have it I wish I’d bought the unbranded one which gets better reviews. It’s okay as a chat pad but it doesn’t always fit on nice and the jack is loose. It’s a good idea though not sure how long it would last.”

“After pushing the jack from the keypad device upward while attempting to connect it to the controller it seemed to fit, but only fleetingly, and with additional pressure. It doesn't slide in, or click into place. It doesn't connect properly, and doesn't work. I'll try again later, and update the review if the issue is resolved, but it's highly doubtful.”

“The product stopped charging just before my 3rd month with it. It just won’t charge and it makes no sense to use it while plugged in. It would be like having a cord controller. Anyway... very disappointed.”

“A lot of people are moaning about this, however in my experience it works well. No issues connecting it, did briefly puzzle me when trying to attach it to the control but in fact is just a little fiddly no real issues. DO NOT listen to the reviews saying IT DOESNT FIT BECAUSE IT DOES FIT. Haven't tried it work apps mainly use it for Call of duty typing as don't have a mic currently and it works fine. Only real issue is occasionally it manages to slide out of the controller slightly but this can be fixed by just adjusting how you hold the controller. Just takes getting used to. Overall good product. Don't know what the other reviews are moaning about.”
