“Got this as a gauge Ghostbusters fan and it arrived with the trap snapped off. I contacted Just Geek and they sent me another one really quickly, but with the same problem. So I have gone for the charging mat instead. Shame as it looked like a really nice charger.”

“Looks absolutely fantastic. Feels excellent build quality. But it simply doesn't work. Will not charge my phone (pixel6). Doesn't state whether it's a Q1 charger which I suspect it's not. Hence why it doesn't work Also I contacted just geek for advice and help never received a reply. So I returned it today.”

“This charger looks amazing and the lighted base is extra cool! My second one arrived damaged (broken trap arm) inside the box. I reached out to customer service and they requested a picture and the nature of the claim. They sent a replacement immediately. Super fast customer service. My only complaint is the charger is 10w and not 25w fast charger.”
