They expect me to pay and send back these items and since its taken so long for reply I'm expected to leave my sister with no present for her 30th birthday or give her the scratched bracelet and charm bearing in mind everyone had bought her charms so if she does not get the bracelet everyone else's gifts are no good! Not a happy customer!
They also package these in jiffy bags no tissue paper or anything around the bracelet they just put it loose in the bag that also has the charm in a plastic bag and stappled to the receipt!”
