“Ordered the charm got an email saying it was dispatched then got another email 2days later saying it was out of stock I needed it for a certain date wrote to Joshua James they didn't want anything to do with it never even tried to resolve it got the charms 3weeks after order never shopping here again!! Not the first time this happened.”
