“The first charm I received was faulty (there was colour bleeding into incorrect sections and it was scuffed), to which I received a free replacement. However, this replacement was also faulty. The flag was placed skew. I was told that the charms were 'handmade' therefore had 'imperfections' and that if I just put the charm on my bracelet 'there would be less of a slant'. I have many charms on my bracelet and none of them have any sort of 'imperfection'. Joshua James also informed me that I'd need to send back the charms at my own expense if I wanted a refund. That means I'd have to pay international postage fees. I am extremely disappointed in Joshua James and their service.”
