Absolutely awful service! Purchased a £15 Nomination charm and paid £7.95 for next day delivery which was a Sunday. It never arrived and when I enquired they said I had missed the time slot so was set to deliver the following Sunday, a whole week later!! As if I would pay £7.95 delivery to receive it a week later?!! After contacting them they insist I received it 2 days later and signed for it! That day I worked a 12.5 hour shift so was not at home all day. I absolutely did not receive the item. They sent me a copy of my signature which looks nothing like my signature so someone has either fraudently signed for it or the Postman has had it. Either way, I never received the item and remain over £20 out of pocket and my daughters best friend did not have her “Best Friend” charm. Absolutely shocked, never had such bad experience in all the years I have bought off EBay. Very strange and suspect!!”
