“Ordered this as a present for my granddaughter for working hard and getting a great school report. Charm is pretty but I was disappointed in the service. When I ordered it, it said the charm was in stock. I then got an email to say it was dispatched, then an email to say it was out of stock this happened on 2 occasions before getting another saying to ignore previous emails. Had to wait approximately 10 days before delivery.”
“Lovely charm for nominations classic bracelet. Sent for two for my granddaughters to receive when they get their exam results. Unfortunately though I paid for two I have only received one despite a coupe of emails. I have been a customer for many years, having started off bracelets for many friends & family too. I fear I'll be shopping elsewhere now & they will too. Bad form for customer services Joshua James!!!”
