“Hi, I am still waiting for my item to turn up. It was despatched on December 14th. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. I spoke to a lady yesterday who said a new one will be issued once the new stock arrives. Online it says there is stock available. I have ordered through you at least 4 times before and have had no problems. But this time has really annoyed me. My order number is WEB721221”
