“I ordered a Mother’s day charm it was dispatched March 6th and still received nothing. I have contacted them and they said nothing they can do until 14 working days. Not much good to me now as Mother’s Day has long gone”

“Ordered this item on the 4th March for a Mother’s Day still yet to receive the item. Very didsaponting - still awaiting a refund been told I have to wait until 28th March to see what they can do for me. Will not order from here again.”

“Very disappointed when it arrived, you need a magnifying glass to read what it says. I have informed my mother that I won’t be buying her anymore nominations as compared to others out there I think they are very over priced”
