“I ordered a gold bracelet, but a silver bracelet was sent instead, but I was charged for the Gold one! Unable to speak to anyone, all correspondence by email which isn’t the best. Had to reorder the gold bracelet and another charm and had to pay for special delivery as it was so close to Christmas, and needed it to arrive before as it was a present for my daughter! Returned the silver one but still no sign of a refund. Not happy!”
