“the bracelet was good. however i’m not to happy with how it was delivered and packaged, i ordered charms with it too and they were just in a tiny little plastic bag, for how much i paid. i’d have expected it to be appropriately packaged, especially being a new customer to Joshua James, the bracelet was just loose in the bag, in a small package, it could have easily gotten scratched or broken during transit, i’m thankful that it didn’t, i know that delivery drivers are not very careful when delivering orders to customers, they’re careless to what’s not theirs. this also bothers me because it was an anniversary gift to my fiancé, therefore it needed to be perfect, i had to build my own boxes to put the jewellery in. however, my order did turn out okay, i just wish i’d have felt like a valued customer when opening my package. it felt like it lost value when i saw how it was packaged. next time to save any further inconveniences, i will just go to a store”

“I would be able to rate this bracelet had I actually received it! Ordered in July for a birthday present and still haven’t received either the bracelet or the charm. Defiantly do not recommend using this jewellers!! Absolute shocking customer service. I would have gave no starts if that was an option!”
