“After receiving a nomination bracelet for xmas I decided to spend my xmas money on some charms. The opal one is my birthstone so thought this would be my first purchase. I so pleased with the charm and looks lovely on my bracelet. It looks very expensive but at only £20 it was a bargain.”
“The nomination charm is very pretty. The website stated normally delivery, however the charm took over a week to arrive. I was disappointed when I opened the envelope to see the charm in a clear plastic bag with no nomination gift packaging. Customer services were not helpful in dealing with the enquiry and simple said they had run out of the proper gift packaging although this was not stated on the website.”
