“The charm was fine but the after care from the service team was terrible. I have been shopping with you for several years and this is the only time that I have requested an exchange .. not even a refund an exchange. There was no flexibility outside of the 'rules'. The charm was a present sent direct to the recipient so I didn't realise it wasn't suitable until after the return date (which is very short). Very disappointing... I now shop elsewhere.”
