“Charm seems ok, but the company leaves a lot to be desired, they advertise that all charms come with packaging but then dont send it only one lot of packaging per 2 items if you are lucky which is no good if you require the items for separate gifts. So avoid this company and use Argento or John Greed as they do supply packaging for each item.”
