“I received my charm eventually ( yes I know Covid) but when I received it the charm had black lines under the paw print, it was obviously flawed. How it got passed Quality Control is beyond me. I emailed Joshua James and was asked to send a photo which I did. They emailed me back saying ‘all we can do is ask you to return it for an exchange’. No apology, no ‘I’ll look into how this happened’ or ‘it should never have been dispatched’ etc. Absolutely nothing. I will never order from them again. Shockingly bad customer service.”
