“Excellent service. Delivered within a couple of days. Beautiful charm. Unfortunately I had not realized that the charm would be a duplicate for the person I had intended it for!! I discovered this fact the day after ordering it but the order had already been confirmed, I ordered a different charm straight away ( which again I received very quickly ) and returned the scooter charm to yourselves the same day that it arrived..in it's original packaging to the return address stated on your website. I am however waiting for the refund which has not yet appeared on my bank statement.
