“Paid express delivery when ordered on the Friday thinking it would come the following day, had an email the same day to say it had been dispatched, it was for a present, it didn’t arrive until the following Wednesday, was not impressed as it was a late present then, I emailed twice to see why I hadn’t received it, if I had known It was going to take that long on an express delivery I wouldn’t have paid it and waited for the normal delivery, the charm was lovely just the posting and receiving it I wasn’t happy with, if I order again I won’t be doing express delivery again.”
