“Cant fault the product.but the extra delivery charge I paid isn't worth it.i ordered it on a sat to get it before my daughters bday on the Tuesday.took same length of time as free delivery.”

Because you placed your order on a Saturday you missed our weekend deliveries cut off point which is 3pm on a Friday which resulted in your order not being dispatched until Monday.
