“Ordered this as a gift - charm was perfect. Unfortunately, the charm was delivered late - after stating online it would arrive by a certain date, it came after that and in contacting Joshua James they were extremely unhelpful and passive about it, basically saying it will come when it comes. When it finally arrived the packaging was damaged and the charm wasn’t well protected at all. Not great service - will not use again.”
