“The charm was as expected. But it came in a little snappy bag stapled to a invoice. In the envelope was a small fold up card to put the charm in but the charm didn't even fit into it. The foam bit was too big to hold the charm securely. I had to go out and buy a box for it as it was a present for someone.
If it's a gift for someone then perhaps buy elsewhere that present there charms in nicer packaging.
If it's not a gift and you're simply looking for charms or happy to package and present yourself then there's nothing to complain about.”
