“Love this charm as a red balloon is very poignant to me and the engraving was superb. I am having trouble putting it on my bracelet though as it won’t open up to attach it! I did enquire and was told it’s a little harder but I can’t move it at all? So waiting for a shop to open so I can take it to be attached”
