“Bought this and asked for it to be wrote in classic script but I am very disappointed as the v in love and Dave doesn't look like a V it looks more like a l, when I went back to the shop the lady at the shop then took it from me and said that she would go and get it sorted out and ring me when this had happened to which she did so I went back to the shop to pick it up only to be told that if you look at it thru a magnifying glass then it looks like a V, but how many people carry a magnifying glass to which you shouldn't have to do this it should be easily recognizable without this magnifying glass. Would of given it minus stars if I could do hence the one star, not happy at all with this purchase, even the lady at the shop said it looks like a l .”
“Terrible engraving and the charm looked like a seconds. When I tried to contact Joshua James I was told to email the engraving department, who told me it was fine and needed cleaning. As a present firstly you shouldn’t have to clean it and secondly it was still completely scratched and practically unreadable. Mart looked like Matt. Would never use this site again.”
