whilst these charms can be a little tricky to get on the bracelet if you don't have the tool they are a very desirable item and bring a smile to anyone's face.”

“If I could score a zero I would have . Never got my charm as they sent mine to someone else with all my details including my mobile number and sent me someone else’s charm with all their details ! You wait ages for a reply from customer services. When I eventually got them to understand what they had done they emailed me to say they couldn’t resend my charm as they had none left . Will never order from them again left me with no Mother’s Day gift . I made them refund me the next day delivery plus what it cost me to post it back , avoid if you can”
