“Fantastic product. Customer Service is really not good for the moment. I used it but shortly after using the rubber got damaged for no reason and I asked if I could return the item. I got told from the company I should return it to Amazon and get a new one after. I did the return request, which is still in progress since 10 days, but got no way to track the package and no one to contact for it...!! There is no way to contact the seller or find out where is my return at, despite following the instructions given via the return item button. This makes me quite unsatisfied as I really want this product and use it properly, but at the same time the customer service at the moment is lacking. I am willing to re-review the product if this is fixed, but unfortunately this is a big minus at the moment. The product is otherwise fantastic but the rubber seems to have some problem and somehow wrong, not sure why.”
