“I am very impressed with this racket. I played a lot of ping pong growing up; however I always used the racket provided by the school or friends. When I did buy rackets as an adult, I would buy from Wal-Mart, random rackets that looked like they would be good. I am on a deployment now and when we have downtime, we have been playing table tennis.I decided to get serious about playing after playing on par with most of the Marines out here. I started researching rackets and the sport of Table Tennis in general, because knowledge is power! I narrowed it down to two rackets, this one and the Butterfly 401 Shakehand Table Tennis Racket. Both had good ratings, but I figured I would go with the JOOLA after reading reviews on the internet since Amazon only had 3 reviews thus far. I also liked the testimonial video Amazon posted as well. This racket has taken me from a junior varsity to a varsity level of play. I am able to put different types of spin on the ball and the racket has a nice feel on my hand. The amount of spin and control this paddle gives me is awesome. I can place the ball where ever I want on the table. I have always been a looper but my backhand has improved to almost on par with my forehand. As of now I win between 8 and 10 games per 1 game I lose. I tell them it is my Light saber. Although the price is steep, I would recommend this racket to anyone looking to improve their game.”
