“I have been playing frequently for 5 months. I originally bought an entry level Head paddle which had decent power but little control with the fiberglass face. I used to play tennis and still have a preference for the option to use a two handed backhand and was looking for a paddle with extra length. This paddle is a great match for me. The grip is great and gives me more control and room for a two handed backhand. The balance of the paddle is great. Although it's about 1/4" more narrow than my previous paddle, I do not miss it, and I am reaching shots with more precision.”
“I bought this during prime days as I think it's a bit expensive otherwise. But it's a great paddle. I'm out there kicking butt and taking names. LOL! Very lightweight and great for control. I'm a work smarter not harder player and it's great for dinking and skill shots. I'd recommend but at a lower price. Wait for it to go on sale.”
“Good matte surface for adding spin to ball, solid sweet spot, good feel and solid grip. Only complaint is that the paddle surface is so rough (in a macro way) it gathers dirt. But a good pickleball eraser takes care of it, just have to do it every 1 to 2 hours of play, a few seconds with the eraser and it's good as new.”
“Good paddle. I played with it briefly when I purchased it but have since moved on to the Selkirk S 2.0. My gf uses the Joola currently and loved its maneuverability and how light it is.”
“I have been playing BP for ~9 months and have been improving as I gain more experience. I was ready to move up from my low-cost entry level paddle that had served me well. After much research I selected this paddle, I am realistic this will not change my game but it has helped raise it a notch. The rough surface of the paddle has helped me to improve my spin and the paddle just feels right in my hand. I wish I could say I have not lost a game since buying it, but a paddle only goes so far :). The only complaints I have had is I would prefer to not have a raised edge and there are a few soft spots on the surface that seem to absorb more of the ball energy vs the rest of the paddle and a few times out of thousands of hits it has thrown me off. But with that said would not trade this for any other option on the market.”
