“Favorite paddle but the edge guard and handle became unglued/broken 7 months in.Sounds like a common problem.No warranty after 6 months despite it being a seemingly common problem.I do hit hard.”
“Incredible surface for spin. Tremendous power for serving, returns & blocking. I only used it for 10 hours of play and couldn’t get feel for kitchen game. Opponents loved how I kept popping the ball up! Arrg! It would be a great paddle if I had the patience to figure out it’s touch. Head heavy, which I loved as a 30yr tennis player, but it made me nervous about tennis elbow as my arm was quite tired after 2hrs of play. Two Joola owners told me they loved the paddle but it’s CFS wore away after 4-5 months. Ben Johns probably doesn’t have to worry about that with an unlimited supply.”
“I love the way this paddle plays and the price was right. But before I even unpackaged it, I noticed the flaw on the face of paddle. I had a tournament the weekend I got it so I just went with it and it plus fine. But that flawed carbon face just bugs. So I contacted support and they want me to ship them paddle back before they ship me a new one. So up a creek without a paddle for a week? Not what I expect. Will probably return to Amazon as a prime member but quality control on this paddle was Poor and customer support was not very responsive or helpful. Joola makes great paddles, just not this one I guess.”
“First off, this paddle is amazing to play with. Great feel, great spin, great power. Feels solid. Pro level. Having said that, when I opened the packaging I noticed that the face of the paddle on both sides showed signs of wear. It’s really unfortunate that someone would sell a product that as used and not be up front about it. That’s shady business if you ask me. At least sell it for a discount. Beware of used products. Next time I will doubt check the seller.”
“This one is the most heavy weight paddles I got from Joola with ave. weight of 8.4 oz, which is quite heavier compared to many other paddles I've tried which are around 7.7 oz (give or take).So this one isn't for me as I actually prefer light weight paddle, but this one would be a great choice for people who want the take advantage of weight of paddle.Not many people chose this particular model when everyone gather together, but a few seemed really like it. If you are not sure or you are rather a beginner, I think it's better for you to choose Ben Johnson Hyperion line from Joola.”
