“For the price, this was an amazing pickleball paddle. It has a rough surface that is great at putting spin on the ball. I'm 6'4", and the grip is a great size for me. It has a large sweet spot. My only complaint is that it isn't edgles like my other paddle. Saying that, I still choose this paddle ever time.”
“Paddle cracked within 5 months of starting to use it. Contacted customer service to see if this was common. They said to send a receipt and photo of damage. Tried to email info several times, got failure to deliver messages on some, no response to the ones that did seem to go through. I simply wanted to know if damage was covered by their 6 month warranty or not. Tried their phone number, left a message 4 days ago, still no response. I will not buy another Joola more because of poor customer service than the issue with the paddle.”
“Had anotherJoola and there was a big difference. There was an increase in pop. Not sure if I have as much control need to give that some time. I believe it will round out my game in many areas.”
