I was using a letitree carbon fiber 16mm paddle before this, which was good enough - however, I Immediately noticed improved ball control when using this paddle. I like the extended handle (I use a two handed backhand sometimes) and the size (width) of the grip is perfect for my hand. I put a black over grip on mine, as the white was getting dirty - but that was just an aesthetic preference.Overall pleased with the performance of this paddle and think it’s worth the price.

I really like the handle length the grip feels great. Have had this paddle for 3 weeks and use it 4or 5 days a week. It works great, lots of control with lots of power when you need it.

I considered myself an Engage girl...only have used Engage paddles, BUT for Christmas I received this Joola as a gift...and I will not go back to Engage. My control of placement is so much better now. Am very happy with this item and will most likely buy more.

I am new to pickleball and have been mucking around with a cheap paddle for a while. I have a racquet sport background, but I've been pretty average at the park where I play. After a lot of research, I decided on the Joola Hyperion CAS. I wanted a paddle with a longer face that provided both power and spin but wouldn't break the bank. I've played with it twice and I can tell you that this paddle is a great value for the money. It has decent pop but not so much that you lose control, but my shots are much deeper and harder with this. As for spin, I am finding that my topspin shots are diving nicely. I can swing hard with topspin and it will dive into the back line or drop into the kitchen pretty well. My spin serve has such a good kick (when I do it right!) that I have had opponents whiff on it a few times so far. I'm super happy with this purchase. If you are looking for a paddle that gives you performance for less than $200, this is a great option.
