“Plays great! This is the Hyperion at more than half the price of the current generation. Very clear response to my aim on the court. Not lacking in spin with the CAS surface.”
“This paddle is great! The face if the paddle somewhat textured (as opposed sit slippery smooth,) which I like for playing. The grip is comfortable. The ball comes off the paddle very smoothly.”
“Weight distribution of this paddle feels top heavy. Not suitable to my play. Used to playing with the Perseus and love that paddle. Tried this one because of the price difference. Wasn't worth it for me.”
“Started playing 4 months ago and got this the first week. It’s a solid paddle and puts good spin on particularly with backhand. I don’t give it four stars because I feel like the “sweet spot” is tough to get sometimes and I find myself hitting the ball towards the bottom of the paddle where it just totally dies at times.”
“I just received this paddle yesterday and played a tournament with it. It feels like wherever you hit the ball on the paddle is the “sweet spot” and allows you to get more power on your shots with minimal effort. The grippy surface is also great for if you want to add spin to your shots. Overall I wouldn’t use another paddle after trying this one”
“We are middle level players. We also have a couple of more expensive paddles. These are just as good as the pricey ones for our needs. Really... I could not tell you why the others cost more.”
