“This is a truly exceptional paddle. More than any paddle I've played with, the Hyperion provides exceptional control, power and spin equally without sacrificing. Some paddles give you a ton of power, but at the expense of control. Others provide amazing spin but not sufficient power and pop. The Hyperion truly excels in all three areas.Hits feel nice and soft, but solid at the same time. There's absolutely no vibration transmitted to the arm upon contact, even on off-center hits. The sweetspot is generous, and the paddle design compensates for most off-center hits.The paddle is nice and light, providing good handspeed at the kitchen line and the potential for great power on serves and full swings.The surface of the paddle is noticeably grippier than any other paddle I've used, and when playing it really shows. I made some devastating slice returns that my opponent was unable to return. My serve had noticeably more kick than usual. In fact, my opponent observed that I was playing a lot better than usual. Honestly, it's because this paddle is so incredible.I have only two negative things to say about this paddle. First, I don't care for the grip. It felt a little small in my hand, and I didn't like the smooth texture. It's not perforated or ridged, and although it's somewhat tacky, I found myself holding the paddle looser in my hand than I usually do, even upon contact. I've never done this before, so it took me a while to figure out that it was the grip. Fortunately, I was able to easily remedy the problem by putting on a perforated overgrip, and now all the issues I mentioned are gone.Finally, a paddle at this price point really, REALLY should come with a cover. Paddles with a carbon textured surface must absolutely be protected so that the texture on the surface doesn't wear off. Just the act of putting it into a bag and removing it frequently can cause some wear over time. I honestly don't understand why all paddle manufacturers (especially high-end paddle makers) don't include a cover.Still, this is a truly exceptional paddle. For me it answers the question that all players in various sports ask themselves: Can better equipment make me a better player? In this case, the answer is a resounding Yes. The Hyperion C2 will without a doubt elevate your game. You'll find yourself making shots you didn't before. You'll find yourself hitting with more power, yet never feeling out of control. Your ball placement will improve because you'll discover that the ball consistently goes exactly where you aimed it.This is my new favorite paddle that I plan to use exclusively for both singles and doubles. Definitely highly recommended.”

“This is the first premium paddle that I have owned and it's a night and day difference between the prior highest rated Amazon pickleball racket that I was using.It has a premium feed and look. It has a great control and excellent power. Feels like the best of the both worlds. As other reviews have pointed out. I do not like the edge being covered/ and with a lip. On certain occasions when you hit at the corner of the paddle it will certainly result in a mishit rather than a lose hit.Need to give it a longer run to check on the longevity and the consistency of the power and spin”
